THE BRIEF
The client supplies building-site scaffolding systems throughout South East Queensland and needed a new run of hi-vis work shirts. The priority was consistency. Their existing JB’s Wear long-sleeve lightweight cotton hi-vis shirt had already proved comfortable, practical and durable, so they wanted to stay with the same garment. Just as importantly, the logo position and print colour needed to match previous orders exactly. The decoration also needed to withstand regular workwear use without fading before the shirt itself wore out.
OUR SOLUTION
We reordered the client’s established JB’s Wear shirt style in the required sizes and screen printed the garments using the same specifications as previous runs. Because we retain the client’s exposed screens, the logo positioning remains consistent from one order to the next. We also record each client’s ink colours, allowing us to reproduce the same print colour accurately on future orders. Screen printing was the ideal decoration method for this job because of its durability and suitability for repeat uniform orders.

OUTCOME
The client received another uniform run consistent with their previous orders — same garment, same logo position and same print colour. This repeatable process makes future reorders straightforward while helping the business maintain a consistent professional appearance across its team.
